Good Body Work When You See It

Like we said before...you can't see the best body work! It's not suppose to show. But, there are some important points to check when it comes time to pick up your completed job. Just follow this handy check list. Chances are a good body shop will use the same kind of check list before you show up.

General Repairs
_ Car washed and clean, inside and out
_ Vehicle road tested
_ No signs of paint overspray
_ Touch up kit provided


Front End Repair
_ Horn working

_ Headlights aimed
_ Anti-Freeze checked
_ Wheels aligned
_ Windshield washer working
_ Windshield wipers working
_ Hood and fenders properly aligned
_ Air conditioning charged
_ Turn signals and parking light working
_ Bumper aligned
_ Brakes checked
_ Battery charged and checked
_ Transmission fluid level checked
_ Power Steering fluid level checked
_ Engine oil level checked

    Side Repair
_ Seats working (Sliding and reclining)
_ Doors and fenders aligned
_ Molding and trim in alignment
_ Doors work properly
_ Windows work properly
_ Test for water leaks on new work


Rear End Repair
_ Trunk lid and fenders aligned
_ Truck lid opens and closes smoothly
_ Bumper aligned
_ Turn signals and brake lights working
_ Tail lights working
_ Brakes checked
_ Test for water leaks on new work
_ License & Backup lights working
